Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. There is a smoking area outside, at the front of the building.
Please note that the cleaner will only maintain the cleanliness of the property and will not clean excess mess or dishes.
Please kindly dispose of rubbish in the provided waste bins and leave your rinsed dishes in the dishwasher.
There will be a charge deducted from your deposit for any broken/misuse of furniture or damage to walls and an additional cleaning charge for leftover mess.
All guests must be 21 or over (excluding families with children).
A photographic driver's licence/passport is required to show at check-in. Please inform City Center Financial District Three Bedroom Duplex Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

美國海軍陸戰隊一架MV-22魚鷹機(Osprey)5日在澳洲外海墜毀，當時機上載有26人，目前已有23人獲救，3人下落不明。
根據NBC新聞網(NBC News)報導，失事的魚鷹機屬於陸戰隊第31遠征分隊，從「好人理查號」兩棲突擊艦(USS Bonhomme Richard)起飛，參加軍事演習，卻不幸在墜毀於澳洲海上。
報導指出，機上26人中有23人已獲救，另有3人失蹤。美軍陸戰隊發表聲明說，出動了小艇和飛機進行搜索。澳洲國防部表示，墜毀魚鷹機上有澳洲軍人。
魚鷹機具備旋翼機的垂直起降能力，同是又具備固定翼機的高速飛行特性，被美軍視為取代CH-47運輸直升機的下一代運輸載具。不過，魚鷹機自研發以來發生多起重大飛安事故造成慘重傷亡，因此安全性一直遭受質疑。
不顧沖繩居民反對，美軍在2012年10月起在普天間基地部署有24架魚鷹機，日本防衛省也將斥資30億美元採購17架魚鷹機，但是去年12月13日發生首起駐日美軍魚鷹機墜毀事故，再度引發日本民眾對魚鷹機安全的疑慮。
